Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: A (180) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (180) days prior to the arrival date will incur a flat 10% cancellation penalty on the base rental amount before fees, but cancellations made less than (180) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full 25% initial reservation payment. Cancellations or changes that are made within (120) days of the arrival date, will result in forfeiture of full payment. This includes the initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees.

·Please note: our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip.

·NO REFUNDS: are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Guests purchasing travel insurance should consult their insurance provider directly to see if they qualify for a refund.

We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is available through our online booking site. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Deposit Policy

INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT: An initial reservation payment in the amount of 25% of the entire trip cost including base rent and all fees is payable at the time this lease is booked and will be applied towards the balance of the rent. Whether or not rent has been paid in full, the Initial Reservation Payment of 25% of total trip cost becomes non-refundable, 180 days in advance of arrival. You will be asked to pay the initial reservation payment by Credit Card at the end of this online booking process.

FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of the rent is due 120 days before you arrive. Please mail check for final balance to P.O.Box 2868, Gulf Shores, AL 36547-2868. Final Payment is made by check. The payee information and address will also be on your confirmation email that will be emailed to you. If you are booking this within 120 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.

It was great! Pool was great and with all the space just to spread out was awesome! Cooked a huge meal for 12 and still had plenty of room, even with 4 guys in the kitchen. Perfect experience

FANTASTIC Spring Break Getaway!

Our recent spring break trip was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to this perfect rental! With a group of 17 teens and 11 adults, we were thrilled to find a spacious house that catered to our every need. It was perfectly designed for large gatherings as well as privacy when needed.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we could possibly want, making meal prep a breeze. The property management team was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect backdrop for our daily adventures, while the lovely pool offered a refreshing retreat after a long day in the sun. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the atmosphere was perfect for creating lasting memories.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our spring break. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!

All I can say is WOW! This house surpassed any expectations we had! We had 25 people staying in the house ranging from 2-83 and it was perfect. There is so much space and you never feel like you are on top of one another. The rooms (when the doors are shut- are really sound proof). The beds are so comfortable and there is a range of different types of pillows for anyone that is picky. The views of the beach from the master bedrooms are stunning! The amount of fridges, ice makers, dishwashers ovens, and washer/dryers is perfect for a large group of people. The elevator was very nice for anyone on the top floor or for being up and down luggage. The pool area was a perfect spot for us all to relax. By the pool area there is a corner where people have donated gently used beach chairs, pool/ beach toys for kids that is not shown in the pictures. Having the boardwalk was so nice and made it very easy to get down to the beach. The beach was beautiful, private and had a lot of marine life! We caught multiple fish right off the shoreline! This house truly has it all! The VRBO property owners are extremely proactive, responsive and we’re wonderful to work with!

This property was absolutely ideal for our needs….a total of 37 of us under one roof for the holidays was simply fantastic….. LOTS of space to spread out, cook, swim, spend time on the beach and sleep ever so soundly (the mattresses in this property are THE BEST).

Stayed for a week with 28 Italian family members. The space made it possible not to kill one another!! Lol!! Seriously, spectacular home. Cleanliness from top to bottom upon our arrival. The kitchen had all appliances and cutlery needed for our family. Beds were comfortable and that KITCHEN!! PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ITALIAN FEASTS!! LOL!! Private beach with pool was sooo convenient. Outdoor pool deck and boardwalk to beach was amazing. The views from my bedroom balcony couldn't be beat!! Washer and dryers were a nice touch! Elevator for my handicap mom was very useful. No pool lift for my mom but she managed to get in and enjoy. Overall, this place was amazing!! Will definitely book Gulf Shores again!!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 17 - three generations of grandparents, kids and grandkids- lots of room to gather and big enough for quiet resting places as well. We booked to come back next summer!
