I decided to plan a big family vacation for my 50th.. with all the kids, grandkids, plus 1 etc... So 35 of us spent a week in this fantastic house. ages 6-81 WOW. Everything was perfect. House is stunning. Had an issue with pool heater and maintenance was super responsive. Plenty of space and the beach was a few steps away. We ate in most nights and used the fabulous kitchen that accommodated our crew very well.

What a great week we spent at this wonderful house. Everything was as described and, in reality, probably better than that! The home is well stocked and everything worked the way we hoped it would - even if it took a little bit to figure out all the light switches. The layout is great with two living rooms and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms spread over the many floors. We were there with our in-laws so they had the bedroom on the main floor and we took the whole upstairs for ourselves and two kids. It was great to have the space to spread out and even gave me a little work space (overlooking the Gulf, of course) to get some things done while away.

The kids loved the cupula and spent so much time up there when they weren't on the beach. Speaking of beach, the access is ideal - just walk out the back door and over the dune and you're there! So much better than driving or pulling a wagon. Plus, easy access for lunch and more drinks! Greg and his team were incredibly responsive to questions starting even before we made the booking official. We can't recommend this house and company enough. Next time we're back in Orange Beach we'll definitely be in one of their houses...maybe even this one!

Great house with plenty of everything. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, huge complete kitchen, deck with pool, multiple large TV’s etc - all overlooking the Gulf and a beautiful beach. Plenty of room for all the guys to watch NCAA basketball or find a quiet area to make a call. Check in was simple and the Host was very responsive. This is the type of property you hope to find - better than the photos. Golfed on some great courses during our stay with Lakewood Golf Club being my favorite. if you like seafood you’ll love the restaurants in this area. Can’t wait to go back.

We had 34 women in Seaside East and West - and it was incredible. 34 Christian speakers and authors come together once a year -- we are from as close as Pensacola and Birmingham to as far away as Nova Scotia, Canada and San Jose, Ca. And this year was incredible. The house is beautifully appointed. The pools are amazing and the board walk to the beach is stunning. We are booked for next year!!! Don't hesitate.

Wonderful stay! The home design and decorating were so perfect for a beachfront property. Gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset from the decks and beach just steps away. Loved the design to feel like on a ship from the top cupula and the staircases. Hope to visit again!

We have stayed at this property 5 times now, with the first time being when it was first built. It is very well maintained and clean, never a disappointment. We are a very picky renter with a list of requirements for places we rent. One cannot go wrong with any of this owners' properties. We have also rented another of their properties, and it was the same quality. Castle in the Sands is well appointed with high end furnishings, comfortable and the layout is perfect. The deck has a lot of seating while enjoying the pool or watching the dolphins in the ocean. There is nothing better than renting a property that is oceanfront with private beach. It's one's own private piece of paradise while renting this home. The added benefit of this property is that the owners manage their rentals and live in the area. They check their rentals between stays and are quick responders throughout the entire process and stay. I have always dealt with Greg who is just amazing. Anyone renting this property, or another one, can do so with confidence.

I was very pleased that the house was just like it was portrayed online. Spacious and comfortable for kids and adults. Wonderful access to the beach. Everything we needed for cooking was there and the second refrigerator very handy! A wonderful stay!!

Exactly as described

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we hope it’s not our last. Everything is breath taking from the time you walk in the door to the view from the back deck/swimming pool! We had a toilet that wasn’t flushing very well and management was on top of it and there within the hour to fix the problem! Excellent communication and a beautiful home!

We always have a hard time finding suitable houses for our very, very large family. We were able to rent both sides and it was perfect!! Plenty of space for us all, amazing location, clean and had everything we needed! We had some issues with the pool pump on the one side but they had a pool tech come out ASAP and were extremely responsive to my texts. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to be back!
