I was very pleased that the house was just like it was portrayed online. Spacious and comfortable for kids and adults. Wonderful access to the beach. Everything we needed for cooking was there and the second refrigerator very handy! A wonderful stay!!

We always have a hard time finding suitable houses for our very, very large family. We were able to rent both sides and it was perfect!! Plenty of space for us all, amazing location, clean and had everything we needed! We had some issues with the pool pump on the one side but they had a pool tech come out ASAP and were extremely responsive to my texts. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to be back!

Perfect for a large family vacation. We had 48 people and everyone was comfortable. This property has the best accommodations. So nice to have both houses and both pools. The houses mirror each other and they are beautiful. Each house had three refrigerators, ice makers, double stovetops, propane gas grill the list could go on and on. Absolutely our favorite place we have stayed. Definitely would recommend.

This was our fifth year at Heavenly Sunset and every year is better than the previous year. In fact, we leased it again for next year. Greg Crews and his team provide outstanding support and Paul and his maintenance team are always available to help. This is our tenth year for our all family vacation and Alabama Vacation Rentals is by far the best. If I could rate them higher I would. I highly recommend this team and their facilities.

Our family (our four children) and all our grandchildren spent a week at this gorgeous home! There were 23 of us. The house was so spacious it allowed everyone to have their own space. The boys thought the bunkroom was incredible! The living area allowed us all to visit. The kitchen was wonderful with double refrigerators! Two coffee makers! And the pool sure got a work out with the kids! Our children absolutely loved the house as did grandma and grandpa! I would highly recommend staying here as would the rest of the family!

Our families have vacationed together once a year for decades, most along the Gulf Coast. Many years along 30-A areas, many in the Alabama Coast. Of all the condo's and houses we have rented on the beach this Castle In The Sand East was one of the best, if not the best. It was clean, huge, plenty of living space, plenty of bedrooms bathrooms, and a kitchen better than most. Double appliances cater to big groups and make life on the beach easy and fun. Would highly recommend It..

What an amazing house and opportunity to reconnect with family at Heavenly Sunset. Eleven adults and one toddler had a wonderful week at the beach. Comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms for those evening showers, huge well stocked kitchen open to living room for meal times. Easy access to a quiet beach, and a shaded area downstairs for grilling or playing when we needed to be out of the sun with a hose ready to wash off the sand! Two deck areas to enjoy sunrise, sunset or just conversations. Hands down one of the best houses we have ever rented.

Our family stayed at the Pearl last year and it went so well that we doubled the number of people who wanted to join this year. We rented both East and West sides of Seaside— East was a kid friendly home and West was adult only. Everyone loved the this set up (highly recommend it if your group is having a reunion). Greg has excellent communication and is incredibly professional. Everyone in our group loved the homes and cleanliness. Each room had its own bathroom and enough space to comfortably gather. Overall, we will continue to come back and love that we found this company for large group gatherings!

Seaside East was perfect in every way for our family group of 19. The 9 kids ranged in age from 9 months to 15 years and there was ample space for them to hang out with the group and also do their own thing. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach and pool during the day and cooked delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen in the evening. The elevator was handy to transport heavy items from one floor to the next. The home was very clean and we had complete privacy from the guests on the other side of the building. Will definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed the East side a few years ago and had such a great experience. The west was equally amazing. Plenty of room and very kid friendly. Our 4 families had a great vacation and the beautiful weather helped make the experience perfect. Everything was clean inside and just a few steps and you’re on the beach.
