"Heavenly Sunset"-Gulf-Front Home w/pool. Great Location! "ALVacationRentals"

This was our fifth year at Heavenly Sunset and every year is better than the previous year. In fact, we leased it again for next year. Greg Crews and his team provide outstanding support and Paul and his maintenance team are always available to help. This is our tenth year for our all family vacation and Alabama Vacation Rentals is by far the best. If I could rate them higher I would. I highly recommend this team and their facilities.

What an amazing house and opportunity to reconnect with family at Heavenly Sunset. Eleven adults and one toddler had a wonderful week at the beach. Comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms for those evening showers, huge well stocked kitchen open to living room for meal times. Easy access to a quiet beach, and a shaded area downstairs for grilling or playing when we needed to be out of the sun with a hose ready to wash off the sand! Two deck areas to enjoy sunrise, sunset or just conversations. Hands down one of the best houses we have ever rented.

Was everything as advertised. Walk out back door to beach, everything was a fantastic rental!

We had a terrific time as a family with something for everyone. Lots of beach time, pool time, family time, golf time (not far away), cozy nap time, around the table time, picture time, Ted Lasso and ice cream time, eating great food time, game time and …show time (talent show on the back balcony “stage”)!

We had 15 people (4 of them 5 and under) and Greg’s place was perfect for us. We’ve booked again for the same week next year.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. It was a beautiful house in a perfect location. The house was clean with comfortable beds and a very beachy, relaxed feel. The little extra details at the house made it extra nice - we cook, and the knives were sharp! There is an ice maker in the kitchen in addition to the one on the fridge. All of the tvs worked (not always the case). It was perfect and we’d definitely go back!

Great house with a beach that is even better than Hawaii. You can walk either way for miles. Lots of souvenir shops close as well as grocery stores. Great place for families and work retreats. Can’t go wrong.

7 women (6 sisters and a niece plus one lucky 5 year old boy) stayed here for a week in spetmeber and absolutely loved it! Owner communication was excellent - very responsive to questions and friendly. Property was better than we expected, perfect for a large group, lots of balcony space, right on the beach, plenty of room. This place con't be beat for a family who wants sunrises, fun in the sun, and amazine evening walks on the beach. Highly recommended - we are already planning a return trip!

Virtually everything needed is provided in the house including the kitchen for a great stay. Nice to have a pool which we had pretty much to ourselves.

Celebrated our 40th anniversary with our whole family. We stay at this beautiful house. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Split our time between the beautiful beach and the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family of 8. Particularly appreciated the ice machine. We rate this property whole heartedly 5 stars!!!!!!

Perfect place to get away with the family!!! House has everything you need.

This was our first time ever renting a beach house, and Heavenly Sunset was so perfect for our extended family of eleven that there would be no reason to ever book elsewhere. The room layout of the property was perfect, with ample seating in the kitchen and common areas. The Adirondack chairs on the decks were great, as was the beach access just below. The accommodations were comfortable, and when we had a little plumbing trouble with the toilet the matter was taken care of in a timely and friendly manner. Again, this is an awesome property and we are sure to return.

We spent one glorious week at Heavenly Sunset with two other families. There were 5 adults and 6 children, and we all had plenty of room and space. The house is just perfect, and it really is on the most beautiful part of Orange Beach. I could sit on the deck looking at the ocean ALL day long. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and all the other great amenities the house had to offer. This is our go to place when staying in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. I would highly recommend.

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed our times with the kids and grandkids!

Overall the house was an excellent fit for us. Kids loved the bunk beds, furniture was comfortable and met all our needs, loved the silicone cups (even bought a few at Souvenir City to take home with us), the chairs and umbrellas provided downstairs were well used and the pool was a highlight for the kids.

We will certainly attempt to book Heavenly Sunset again in the next year or two (whenever we can get all the family schedules to align.

Has great access to the beach and the pool. Location is awesome. The house is very accommodating for multiple family members. Great for kids of all ages. Even the parking availability is exceptional.

This oceanfront duplex was perfect for our large multi-family vacation! Clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beach. The bedroom/bath on the first floor was great for us — the grandparents. Each of our 3 sons and their wives had their own bedrooms/baths upstairs, and our 4 young granddaughters loved sleeping in the 5th bedroom (with the 2 sets of bunk beds.) our 1 grandson chose the top double bunk in his parents room. The large deck was great for spotting dolphins and we often had the pool (with steps at both ends) to ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked. There was comfortable seating for 12 (even though the home is advertised as accommodating 14. We had 13, so always had someone standing or sitting in the adjoining living room. ) There was also an umbrella and beach chairs and toys as mentioned. We would love to return soon!

This was a wonderful property for a large family. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably(twelve people). Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for anything from a shrimp boil to baking pizza. I have been taking my family to the beach for four years now and this was absolutely the best property we have stayed in. I plan to rent again in 2019.

There’s so much room here!! We really enjoyed the house! Lots of room for our big family of grandparents, Uncles & Aunts, and cousins! We cooked almost every meal and found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed!! The beach was literally right out the door!! And we hardly heard a noise from the neighbors unless we were all out on back porch. Would love to come back here again!!

Absolutely loved this property, it was very clean and well maintained. The views and location right on the beach is beautiful and very relaxing. We will definitely be renting this property again.

It was great and we will definitely be back! The location was great and the house exceeded our expectations. I am spoiled and will never rent a condo again.

Great views with access to large State Park across the street for biking/hiking for a change of pace. Easy beach access and wonderful seafood market/store down the block for cooking dinners! Worked well for all our needs!

I brought my family down from Texas to meet up with my sisters family from Kansas. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. We loved the proximity to the beach and the safe area of sand for our little ones to play in between the house and the beach. We could watch them from the deck. The house was comfortable and well furnished. We used the washer and dryer multiple times a day and the kids even used the pool despite the cool weather. Beach out front felt very private and safe for out little ones. We ate at GT's and the Gulf. The kids enjoyed the gocarts at The Track and we saw lots of dolphins on our dolphin cruise. Overall a great stay! Would recommend enthusiastically!

The house and location were just perfect for our girls weekend getaway! Plenty of room for everyone to visit together in the den and kitchen area. And the bed/baths were nicely appointed and comfortable. Even the weather cooperated! Will definitely book again next time we come to Orange Beach!!!

Six cousins try to spend one weekend a year at the beach and this year we decided it would be nice to have a house that was on the beachfront. Heavenly Sunset could not have been a more perfect vacation home. There was plenty of room, it was very clean, private and quiet, just steps from the ocean. We plan to stay again next year!

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Sunset. We truly enjoyed the view, pool, grill, access to the beach, beach chairs, ice maker, wi-fi, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other amenities.

The location is perfect for access to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. This was our first trip to the area, and the only thing I can suggest is that it would have been nice to have information on the local sights, restaurants, and shopping available. We certainly found everything we needed by using the internet and the coupon book from the toll booth, but your restaurant recommendations were appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your house with us, we will definitely be in contact for our next vacation to Alabama.

Heavenly Sunset Family Trip!

We have been visiting orange beach for numerous years and our family has kept growing! This year we needed a larger house, instead of a condo, so we rented this home. We LOVED this property, it was clean, well laid out, and overall in great condition! We also loved the updated appliances and kitchen, as well as the under counter ice machine!! The location to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions cant be beat!!

This home was wonderful and provided everything we needed! Hope to be back SOON!

We also loved the huge parking area by the pool, we were able to bring and extra trailer and Greg told us we were welcome to park it on the north side of the pool!

Our group recently visited Orange Beach and stayed at Heavenly Sunset. We have stayed in condos in the past, but we are truly enjoyed staying in this property. There was ample parking, and the location was PERFECT! The home was well maintained, and clean upon arrival. All the furnishings were newer and the mattresses were comfortable. The views were second to none and the views are amazing from the den and dining areas. They have recently added wood louvers/privacy walls between the south side balconies and under the house, so there was complete separation from the group on the other side of the home.

We all truly enjoyed our vacation and are already considering planning another stay at Heavenly Sunset.

Also, the pool was crystal clean and very large. The home, location and setup were awesome!!

The property lives up to everything advertised. The rooms are spacious and we had no problem accommodating our herd. All was in great repair and clean and orderly. The ability to wake up, do the final packing and walk out the door was a great feature.

Venues to meet all of our requirements were near at hand.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

We had two families with adult children. The house had plenty of room for all of us to be very comfortable. It was clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would stay there again!

We have previously stayed at Heavenly Sunset and had a GREAT TIME, so we all traveled back down to Orange Beach over Spring Break for another trip and stayed at Heavenly Sunset again. We had another great time, and cant say how much we love the location and this homes setup. The home offers amazing views, is well stocked, and the décor is also very nice, especially for a rental home. They have recently added a new Wi-Fi box that offers a very strong Wi-Fi signal anywhere in the home, even out on the back decks, which was great to have. Greg is also very responsive and helpful anytime any small issues have arisen.

This year we brought our bikes, because their in a trail that starts near this home, my kids loved being able to ride bikes all through the Back Country Trails in Orange Beach.

Our family recently stayed at Heavenly Sunset and we had a marvelous time. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at the home which was very nice. We loved having an ice maker in the home under the counter, that was a nice extra. We also loved having beach chairs for our use.

This house is located close to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and the owners were very helpful. We wish the weather would have been a little warmer, but we plan to return soon!

The views from the back decks were second to none, and we loved being able to walk off the back deck and be on the white sandy beaches.

We shared the house among 3 families. We had 7 kids ranging in age from 6 - 16. The set up of the bedrooms is great, lots of room for everyone. Kitchen set up is great as well, and the deck is very roomy. We used the stainless steel grill every night. The location is very convenient, without the beach crowds you get over by the high rise condos. We have rented several times thru VRBO, and this property was a up there with our better experiences. We would come back.

My family and I had a wonderful week here. The owner was quick to answer questions when I e-mailed him and everything went smoothly. We loved the location it was close to things we needed. We cooked in the kitchen a lot, it was pretty well equiped and was big enough. While there we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the nice deck and the pool. Some other activities we did was parasailing, the dolphin cruise, the track, shopping, the Blue Angels air show practice, the Naval Museum, the USS Alabame, and Fort Morgan. We had a big group of us so everyone kind of did different activities. I would recommend this property to others.
