"The Pearl” located at 2625 West Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulf Shores AL, will be complete early spring of 2019. This brand new GULF FRONT property features 12 bedrooms and 12.5 baths spread across 3 floors and features a custom private concrete pool. This home accommodates groups up to 38 guests.

The home is located on a LARGE 100 ft wide gulf front lot that offers amazing gulf front views to the south and great Lagoon views to the north and 7 of the 12 bedrooms have gulf front balconies!

This home is the perfect spot for multiple families to gather, relax and unwind and spend quality time together, while also providing the space to retreat to your own private part of the house at the days end.

The first floor features two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a large den, living area, and kitchen. The den also has an additional half bath and the kitchen features 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 4 ovens, 2 freestanding ice makers and two gas range cooktops. This kitchen is PERFECT for families who enjoy preparing their own meals and not fighting the crowds at the restaurants. The dining area will feature 3, 12 ft long custom dining tables that will seat 12 per table. There is also a gas grill on the southside main level back deck, so guests will be able to grill out while looking out over the gulf and pool area.

The home has an elevator that services all 4 floors (ground level plus all 3 living floors above). The custom gunite pool in the back deck can also be heated seasonally upon request for small fee. The pool is appx. 25 ft long and 11 ft wide and approximately 3-5 ft deep.

The first floor bedding has one king in the southwest bedroom (sleeps 2), the bedroom on the northwest side of first floor has 2 king beds (sleeps 4). The first floor sleeps up to 6 guest.

The second floor features 6 bedrooms, all which will have ensuite bathrooms. There are 4 gulf front master suites with king beds, the four masters on southside have private ensuite baths and private gulf front balconies. There is also a media room/den, and 2 additional bedrooms on the north side of the second floor. The 4 gulf front masters all have one king bed per room (sleeps 2 per room), the two north bedrooms on second floor each have a private balcony overlooking Little Lagoon to the north and have two king beds and two flat screen TV's per room. ( 2 kings/ sleeps up to 4 per room ). The second floor will sleep up to 16 at MAX occupancy.

The third floor features 4 bedrooms, the two masters on Southside have private ensuite baths and private gulf front balconies. The two north rooms with bunks also have private baths. There is also another mediaroom/den on the third floor and an 18 ft vaulted den ceiling in 3rd floor den area. The two southside masters will have one king bed per room and sleep (2 per room) and the two north side bedrooms on 3rd floor each have one set of twin over twin bunks and one set of queen over queen bunks per room (Sleeps 6 per room). The third floor sleeps up to 16.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: A (180) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (180) days prior to the arrival date will incur a flat 10% cancellation penalty on the base rental amount before fees, but cancellations made less than (180) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full 25% initial reservation payment. Cancellations or changes that are made within (120) days of the arrival date, will result in forfeiture of full payment. This includes the initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees.

·Please note: our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip.

·NO REFUNDS: are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Guests purchasing travel insurance should consult their insurance provider directly to see if they qualify for a refund.

We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is available through our online booking site. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Deposit Policy
INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT: An initial reservation payment in the amount of 25% of the entire trip cost including base rent and all fees is payable at the time this lease is booked and will be applied towards the balance of the rent. Whether or not rent has been paid in full, the Initial Reservation Payment of 25% of total trip cost becomes non-refundable, 180 days in advance of arrival. You will be asked to pay the initial reservation payment by Credit Card at the end of this online booking process.

FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of the rent is due 120 days before you arrive. Please mail check for final balance to P.O.Box 2868, Gulf Shores, AL 36547-2868. Final Payment is made by check. The payee information and address will also be on your confirmation email that will be emailed to you. If you are booking this within 120 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.
