Heavenly Sunrise is a newer gulf front home located along the beautiful Gulf Coast in Orange Beach AL. The east side of this home sleeps up to 16 guests. There are 5 bedrooms & 4 full baths. This home is located in a great central location.

Welcome to “Heavenly Sunrise,” a beachfront vacation rental with pool in the HEART of Orange Beach and minutes from Gulf Shores and any activities or resturants. This rental is one-half of a gorgeous Gulf-front property in Orange Beach, and it sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and golden sun of the Gulf. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, FL.
Rent Heavenly Sunrise and spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for a total of 16 guests. Or, rent both Heavenly Sunrise AND its identical neighbor, Heavenly Sunset, to sleep 32 people. (If your vacation dates are already booked, check out Heavenly Sunset—its floor plan is exactly the same as Sunrise!) Please note, there are louvered privacy walls between all balconies and between the Gulf front decks between the units and in the parking area under the house also. You will have total privacy between the units. Heavenly Sunrise alone has 2,600 sq. ft. of space, plus three private, covered balconies. One balcony at the back of the house overlooks the pool, and two at the front face an expansive view of the Gulf and beach.
A huge swimming pool, with lounge chairs, is located on the north side of the house, is shared with the property next door.
Restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores is 3.9 miles to the west, and it’s only 2.5 miles to Orange Beach Blvd. to the east.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This side of the property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 bathrooms.
First Floor
The first floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Second Floor
The second floor has 4 bedrooms—2 with plush king beds and 2 rooms with custom bunk rooms.
One bedroom on this floor has new custom bunks featuring queen over queen bunks and a twin xl over twin xl bunk (sleeps 6). Another offers two twin xl over twin xl custom built bunk beds (sleeps 4) The custom twin bunks will accommodate children or adults with the twin XL mattresses. These two bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. Both sets of custom bunks were added Winter on 2022.
Both king bedrooms (both with Gulf views!) feature their own private bathrooms. One bedroom showcases the Gulf view through big windows; the other bedroom has its own private, beachfront balcony where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!
The Living Spaces
The first floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach! From here, access a covered, private balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach from comfy Adirondack chairs.
Outside, the ground-level, covered patio is equipped with a picnic table and porch swing to enjoy the seabreeze while staying shaded from the sun. Here, you can also rinse off all the salt and sand in the freshwater outdoor shower. The big, sparkling pool is steps away.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Kurig & regular coffee maker and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.
The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The adjacent kitchen island with 5 barstools makes a great “kids table.” And don’t forget the picnic table underneath the house on the patio!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: A (180) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (180) days prior to the arrival date will incur a flat 10% cancellation penalty on the base rental amount before fees, but cancellations made less than (180) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full 25% initial reservation payment. Cancellations or changes that are made within (120) days of the arrival date, will result in forfeiture of full payment. This includes the initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees.
·Please note: our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip.
·NO REFUNDS: are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Guests purchasing travel insurance should consult their insurance provider directly to see if they qualify for a refund.
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is available through our online booking site. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Deposit Policy
INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT: An initial reservation payment in the amount of 25% of the entire trip cost including base rent and all fees is payable at the time this lease is booked and will be applied towards the balance of the rent. Whether or not rent has been paid in full, the Initial Reservation Payment of 25% of total trip cost becomes non-refundable, 180 days in advance of arrival. You will be asked to pay the initial reservation payment by Credit Card at the end of this online booking process.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of the rent is due 120 days before you arrive. Please mail check for final balance to P.O.Box 2868, Gulf Shores, AL 36547-2868. Final Payment is made by check. The payee information and address will also be on your confirmation email that will be emailed to you. If you are booking this within 120 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.

This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 8 kids. From location, to easy beach access, to a very very well stocked and big clean kitchen, to lots of seating on the deck, to a great pool with lots of chairs, it was absolutely perfect. Location of this home was close to everything!! Orange Beach is beautiful and has so many great and fun restaurants as well as family fun. Greg is very quick to respond as well. Great home great host!!!
The home was identical to the photos. Having immediate access to the beach straight from the patio. My family of 12 had a great time and there was plenty of space. Greg was very prompt on his responses and had accurate descriptions of the house. Would definitely recommend this home and plan on returning.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. There was plenty of space for our family of thirteen.
There are nothing but good things to say about this property. The view is fantastic, the beach is gorgeous and literally off the back deck. Large upper deck as well for hanging out, chatting, Beds are comfy with lots of pillows and fresh linens/bath towels, kitchen had tons of plates and cups and wine glasses- just bring your own spices/oils/paper products/dish and laundry pods, and beach towels. The area seems very safe and family friendly, dozens of little shops and great restaurants. The bunk rooms are PERFECT for older kids and have their own TVs. It's the best house we've rented ...cannot wait to go back!

Perfect beach house! This was our first time in Orange Beach. The house was in the perfect location. Quick access to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was very clean and roomy for the 10 of us and could’ve comfortably accommodated more. Easy beach access. Nice, clean pool. We would definitely stay again!
I'll start with the positive. Greg had excellent communication and did his best to rectify a cleaning issue with the fridge. The view and location are amazing. this is by far the best thing about this place and since we wanted to be at the beach it was great. Things I would note for future renters: this is a duplex. it did not bother us, and our neighbors were great but just know that. The house itself is a little beat up (needs some new paint, deep cleaning, etc) as a beach house would be, but for the price I expected it to be in better shape. The beds were very comfortable and the patio amazing.
"Heavenly Sunrise 5th Year."
This is our 5th year at Heavenly Sunrise/Sunset. It has the best number of bedrooms and bunk beds for our grandchildren. If anything goes wrong, which rarely happens the maintenance crew fixes it much sooner than expected. One year one of the cycles quit working on the clothes washer. I thought they would send someone to fix it. Instead before I could hang up the phone they were at the door with a brand new replacement. Where else would that happen? This is a 5 star place to stay.

We stayed in this home from March 9-16, 2019 with 4 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Beachfront home with private beach access and beach chairs to use for the day. Very well kept house. Full kitchen with its own ice maker appliance which came in handy! We loved this house and would stay in it again. Owners/management team were very responsive and answered all of our questions.

House was conveniently located and right on beach. We had a private beach area but it was not remote. The home has a shared pool which was clean and well maintained. The owner was very good with correspondence and addressed any issues promptly. He is a very responsible property owner and the best one I have worked with.

This was a great place for our family to get together on vacation. We were able to all be together under one roof and we had a great time. In the past, we have stayed at a building where every trip to the beach was an undertaking. Here, we simply walked directly to the beach anytime we wanted.
in summary, we just had a very good time all being together. I also want to thank Greg for his help in booking and his quick responses to all my emails.

We enjoyed our stay in Heavenly Sunrise. It was clean, ample cooking pots/pans provided, beautiful views, and a large pool. Also, enjoyed the charcoal grill downstairs to cook our freshly caught fish. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first experience renting a VRBO and I was apprehensive, but I could not have asked for better accommodations! We had 4 families with 3 young children and everyone was able to have their own private space and bathroom. There was a Publix and Walmart just down the road and a variety of restaurants were nearby. The private beach for residents was only steps away from the door. We will definitely rent this home again if we vacation at Orange Beach. I highly recommend this home!

"Wonderful Family Vacation !! 5/5 Stayed Jun 2018."
We stayed at Heavenly Sunrise for a week in June. There were 11 of us with ages ranging from 15 months to 70 years old. The house was perfect !! We all loved the beautiful views from the deck and being able to walk right on the beach from the back door. We have been to Orange Beach numerous times and this was by far the best place we have stayed in !

"It was a great place to stay!!!"
We had all of the family together and the very best thing for all of us was the porch in the morning and evening! It was an awesome view with room for us all. . The house was very nice and clean. The pool was a definite plus for the kids after they had enough of the beach. Orange Beach is very quiet and a great place for a family vacation. The owner/manager was helpful and very quick in responding to any questions we had. We had a great time!

"Heavenly Sunrise"
My family stayed at Heavenly Sunrise for a week for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our family. It is very spacious with lots of amenities. Everyone had lots of room to relax and enjoy the trip. We cooked every night and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. That never happens! There are two amazing porches with comfortable furniture for sunrise and sunset viewings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better location right on the beach. We will definitely come back soon!!

Heavenly Sunrise is all you will ever need in a beach house rental. The views from the porches and even the den and kitchen are second to none. My family stayed at this home for 4 nights in sep. and we couldn't have asked for better weather or a more enjoyable trip. The home was fully stocked and had everything anyone would ever desire in a beach rental. We loved the private balcony off the master bedroom. Only thing we would recommend would be adding a king bed instead of the queen bed in 2nd master bedroom upstairs. The home was well maintained and we would highly recommend this home to friends and family!!

Our family recently stayed in heavenly sunrise and it was fantastic. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was well maintained. There were a few maintenance issues that could happen with any unit. We had a couple toilets not flush and later in the week a pipe busted in the laundry room, but both time we notified Greg he had someone out there to fix the issues within the hour.
The kitchen was very well stocked with any item you might need.
We loved being able to walk off the stairs onto the beach.
We are already planning a return trip to heavenly sunrise!!!!

Heavenly Sunrise was a fantastic home for myself, my husband and our grown children and their families. The home had a well stocked kitchen and was in wonderful condition. The view was beautiful and being able to walk right to the beach from the home was so convenient. The views amazing! I also appreciated working with the owner, he was very easy to work with on renting this home. Orange Beach is a great place to vacation with families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Heavenly Sunrise. The property is spacious, well equipped and family friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The location of the property is central to dining and grocery establishments and the beach is your backyard. Greg exceeded our expectations with customer service. He handled questions prompty. He even went out of his way to return a wayward treasured stuffed animal that was mistakenly left behind. We hope to visit again very soon!

We recently visited Heavenly sunrise and we all really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean upon arrival, well maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The whole home is very nicely decorated, and had a well stocked kitchen with anything we needed to prepare our own meals.
The homes layout, location and décor where all very nice, and we loved proximity to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. This home is really located in an ideal spot central to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The home sits way back off perdido beach blvd which offered a lot of privacy and there was more than enough parking.
The children loved the pool out front, it was VERY large and perfect for us.
There was another group in the heavenly sunset side but we didn’t even know they were over there, except when we saw them outside. There are wood privacy shutters built between all the balconies and there is a wood louvered wall that’s on the ground level floor that separates the grilling areas under the home which is also a nice addition for added privacy.

"Much needed family vacation!!"
Heavenly Sunrise provided our family with a much needed family get away! We all really enjoyed the home and Orange Beach. The home is well maintained, and provided everything we needed. The location of this home was PERFECT!! We had ample amount of parking. We would defiantly recommend this home to our friends and family and hope to stay here again sometime soon. The pool was very large and the views from all the decks were amazing...

We traveled to Orange Beach with our children, and my brother and his family. We had a great week at heavenly sunrise and would recommend to anyone!! The pictures are accurate and the views are incredible. The home is very spacious and the pool was perfect!! We also loved having a grill at the home. The home was clean and well maintained, only issue we had was with the ice maker in the counter, but Greg was quick to get that resolved and had someone come service the unit within a few hours. We loved the house and location and plan to come back soon!!
